He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Martin; and his stepbrother Michael Butz. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Marie LaMarche (Deal); his father Payne; his sons, Tristan LaMarche of Blakeslee and Richard Radcliffe of Blakeslee; his sister Amanda Kincheloe (Paul) of Philadelphia; and his niece Brittany. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
