She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Totten and Barbara Totten (Yuhas); her sons, Christopher and Adam Derylak; and her brother Albert Totten.
She is survived by: her caregiver Assistant; her husband Herman M. Staddie of Blakeslee, PA; her children, Jennifer Dyce (Tim) of Blakeslee, PA and Frank Joseph Derylak of Vandergrift, PA.; her grandchildren, Meghan Dyce, Kimberly Dyce, Alesha Derylak and Christopher Derylak Jr.; and her siblings, Henry Totten (Sharon) of Ohio, Denise Thompson of Tennessee, David Totten of New Jersey, Ronald Totten (Julia) of Delaware and Joseph Totten of New Jersey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
