He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn Kiefer (Bonsall); his parent Anna Kiefer (Swope); his son Franklin Kiefer Jr.; his wife Dana of New Tripoli; his daughter Cherylynn Frantz (Samuel) of Blakeslee; and his grandchildren, Katarina, Madison, Lana and Sophie.
