He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Marcus and Anna D'Amico; his sisters, Marian Hopkins and Rosemary Monk; and his siblings-in-law, Marie D'Amico, Robert Dougher and Martin Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Carol D'Amico; his children, Christine, Maureen, Matt and Kate; his grandchildren, Kara, Ryan, Morgan, Carly and Tori; his sisters, Ann Marie Kulas (Ed) and MaryEllen Dougher; and his parents-in-law, Beverly, Jack Flanagan, Robert and Debra D'Amico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the coronavirus restrictions masks will be required for entry.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Blakely Fire Company, or St. Ann's Basilica, Scranton.
