It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ondek of Blakely, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Ondek to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Jerome and Catherine Brenner Jerome. She is survived by : her husband Andrew P. Ondek; her daughters, Annette and Andrea (Greg); and her grandsons, Dennis (Susan), Andrew (Mary Ann) and Joseph. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Catherine always asked family and friends to send flowers while she was alive to be able to enjoy them, so in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's.
