She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jerome and Catherine Brenner Jerome. She is survived by: her husband Andrew P. Ondek; her daughters, Annette and Andrea (Greg); and her grandsons, Dennis (Susan), Andrew (Mary Ann) and Joseph. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Catherine always asked family and friends to send flowers while she was alive to be able to enjoy them, so in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's.
