He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Parks and Mildred Parks (Freeman); his former wife Beatrice Parks (Houston); and his brother James Saxion. He is survived by: his wife Marybelle Parks (Gamble) of Palmerton, PA; his children, Bonnie Berkey (Jim), Judie Parks of Tampa, FL, William Parks, Jr. (Jennifer) and Mildred Warren (Willie); his stepchildren, Jack Ellison (Darlene), Brenda Sherba (John), Robert Ellison (Wanita) and David Deyarmin of Homer City, PA; and his siblings, George Saxion (Jane), Richard Saxion (Sandy), Wayne Saxion (Connie) and Carolyn Thesher (Roy). He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren.
