He was predeceased by: his mother Amber Nora Louise Shirley (Yarnell); and his son Andrew Shirley. He is survived by: his father Thomas Shirley, Sr. of Josephine, PA; his daughter Patty Alston (Dom) of Josephine, PA; his grandchildren, Isabella and Dylan Alston; and his brothers, Thomas "Pete" Shirley, Jr. of Black Lick, PA, James Shirley (Manilla) of Black Lick, PA and Robert Shirley (Catherine) of Blairsville, PA. He is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
