He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Patz and Stella Patz (Bolen); his wife Joan L. Patz (Kellerman); and his sister Wilma Grace Killinger. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Cmar of Derry; his grandchildren, Michael, Aiden and Zane; and his siblings, Wayne Patz of Indiana, William Patz (Monica) of Decatur, GA, Charles Patz (Judy) of New Florence, Robert Patz (Donna) of Blairsville and Margaret Honeywell of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
