Palmer (Blairsville, Pennsylvania), born in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Shirley and Mary Shirley (Palmer); her husband Franklin Palmer, Sr.; and her siblings, Virginia Palmer, Roberta Bryner, Goldie English and Kenneth Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Palmer, Jr. of Josephine, PA, Donna Henry of Blairsville, PA, Robert "Higgs" Palmer of Black Lick, PA, Rhonda Barnhart of Blairsville, PA, Brenda Palmer of Blairsville, PA, Mark Palmer of Black Lick, PA, Patricia Guile (James) of Josephine, PA, David Palmer of Homer City, PA, Jennie Cooper (Terry) of Josephine, PA and Ed Palmer of Black Lick, PA; and her siblings, Thelma Plovetsky of Black Lick, PA, Lucille McKendrick of Palmerton, PA, Thomas Shirley (Claire) of Palmerton, PA and Sam Shirley (Linda) of Blairsville, PA.. She is also survived by 29 Grandchildren, 46 Great Grandchildren and Several Great Great Grandchildren.
