It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twila I. Dunlap (Blairsville, Pennsylvania), born in Black Lick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Howard and Fannie W. Howard (Kelly); her husband Alex Dunlap; her son David H. Dunlap; and her siblings, Wilbur, Frank, LeRoy Howard, Ethel Davison, Velma Howard, Hazel Reed and Grace Weinell.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie I. Richless (Lloyd) of Pittsburgh; her daughter-in-law Debra Dunlap of Pittsburgh; her grandsons, Andrew Richless and Kyle Richless; and her sister Clara Savage of Blairsville.
