He is survived by: his wife Sally Shirley (Jane) of Kittanning, PA; his children, Nicole Pugh (Josh) of Somerset, PA and Michael Shirley of Somerset, PA; his stepsons, Guy Allen of San Dieogo, CA and Tony Kennedy (Heather); his grandchildren, Rilee, Carmen, Aria, Cullen, Aubrey and Jordan; his siblings, Barbara Shields of Blairsville, PA, Anna Kinter (Garry) of Homer City, PA and James Shirley (Bonnie); his nieces, Barbara Reinard (David) and Susan McKendrick; and his great-nephew Scott Palmer.
