He is survived by: his wife Gloria Casella-Holby of Blairsville, PA; his daughter Julia Holby; the mother of his child Betsy Holby; his son Kris Hill (Dawn); his grandchildren, Alex, Austin, April Hill, Brittany Rotto (Johnny) and Tyler Hill (Kelsey); his sister Bonnie Bartholow of Blairsville, PA; and his nephews, Michael and Scott Bartholow.
