She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Duncan and Betty Ruth Duncan (Henry); her husband George R. Willforth; and her brother James Duncan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, George Roy Willforth, Jr., Christopher Willforth (Amber Miller) and Diana McIntyre of Derry, PA. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren & 6 Great Grandchildren; sister.
