He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Evanick and Ella Sullivan Evanick; his wife Hazel Erma Tedeschi Evanick; and his siblings, Joseph Evanick, George Evanick, John Evanick, Frank Evanick, Carl Evanick, Mary Stulac and Rose Rich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Olsen (Jan) of Indiana and Annette Yackuboskey (Daniel) of Homer City; and his grandchildren, Stephen Yackuboskey (Audrianna Davis), Scott Yackuboskey, Craig Olsen (Kristin) and Rebecca Olsen (Eric Bursky).
