She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Smicklo; her children, Cheri Doerr and Billy Shane Doerr; and her brothers, Edward Charles Smicklo and Patrick John Smicklo.
She is survived by: her son Ben Witmer (Janeen); her grandchildren, Devon Witmer, Isaac Witmer, Quinton Witmer, Benjamin Witmer, Kyle Doerr, Santana Myers, Dillan Palmer, Damion Krouse and Kaden Kyzemchak; her great grandchild Avana Palmer; and her sisters, Cindy Deyarmin (Melvin "Sonny), Susan Smicklo of Alverda, PA and Terry Shields (John).
