Highberger (Mike Leonard) and Allen Highberger; the mother of his children Denise Highberger; his grandchildren, Alyse Leonard and Brenna Leonard; his sisters, Pam Robertson (Jim) and Amy Lynch-Highberger; his stepparents, Nancy Highberger and Tom Stemmerich; his stepsiblings, Dane Kubicek, Shawn Kubicek, Mark Kubicek and Brenda Kubicek; and his close friends, Marlene, Tom Kerley, Jess, Kala, Heather Kerley and Maryann Penrose. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
