She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Kritzer and Martha Kritzer (Baker); her husband Italo Anthony DiBiase; her son Daniel DiBiase; and her siblings, John, Robert, Paul Kritzer, Marian Vladick and Helen Cribbs.
She is survived by: her children, Larry DiBiase of Blairsville, PA, Barbara Soltesz of Blairsville, PA, Terry DiBiase (Donna), Diane Dautrich (Gregory), Roger DiBiase (Laura) and Marc DiBiase (Lylajane). She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis' name to the Hebron Lutheran Church, 125 N. Liberty St., Blairsville, PA 15717 or the Blairsville Historical Society, 116 E. Campbell St., Blairsville, PA 15717.
