He is survived by: his parent Ruth Howell (Hutchinson); his grandchild Nascar; his wife Lynda Howell (Kline); his son Michael Howell (Aubrie); his grandchildren, Hayden Howell and Malyn Howell; his sister Pauline Spillar of Greensburg, PA; his father-in-law Lynn Kline; and his siblings-in-law, Lynny Kline (Sandy) of Blairsville, PA and Debbie Marsili (Mike). He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
