She was predeceased by: her parents, Domer Sleasman and Sheila Sleasman (Shirley); her half-sister Gabrielle Diamond Sleasman; and her grandfathers, Richard Shirley and Joseph Fircetz.
She is survived by: her grandmothers, Jean Shirley (Wiley) of Black Lick, PA and Nancy Fircetz (Davis) of Black Lick, PA; her son Maverick; her significant other Tara Belice of Coral, PA; her partner's children, Nadiah and Serenity; her aunt Patty Burnheimer of Black Lick, PA; her brothers, Jason, Jeremy and Noah Sleasman; and her friend Jim Douglas. She is also survived by several other Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
