He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sulkosky (Reffo); his brothers, Stanley and Thomas Sulkosky; and his granddaughter Bethany. He is survived by: his father Stanley Sulkosky; his wife Katherine A. Sulkosky (Miller) of Blairsville, PA; his children, Tricia Morris (Jeffrey) of Lowville, NY, Michael Sulkosky, Jr. (Rhonda) of Latrobe, PA and Mary Robinson (Thomas) of Latrobe, PA; his grandchildren, Caitlin Morris, Nathan Morris, Bailey Robinson, Cody Robinson and Skylar Morris; his siblings, Rick Sulkosky (Carol), Vicki Rager (Rick), Bill Sulkosky (Sharon) and Rob Sulkosky (Michelle); his sister-in-law Jane Sulkosky; and his pets, Cooper and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
