He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Mintmier and B. I. Mintmier (Krouse); and his brother William Mintmier. He is survived by: his siblings, James Mintmier of New Florence, PA, Maryan Miles of Blairsville, PA, Kenneth Mintmier (Susan) of New Florence, PA and Cathy Bartley of New Florence, PA. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
