She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Adamchik and Frantiska Adamchik (Celej); her husband John Silvis; her siblings, Stephen, John, Andrew, Charles Adamchik, Anna Gaston, Mary Remek and Frances Huston; and her granddaughter Cassandra Silvis.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Betsy" Silvis and Stephen Silvis (Joanne); her grandchildren, Stephen, Jennifer and John; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Leaila. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
