It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie D. Sherman of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, born in Center Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sherman and Delia Nance (Dubose); her grandparents, Marie Davis and James Davis; and her brothers, Thomas, Emanuel, Hillard Sherman, James Nance, Jr. and Eugene Nance.
She is survived by: her cousins, Joan Reese (Monroe) and Alfonso Davis Jr.; her godson Jay Matthews; and her siblings, Delia Nance, Carolyn Nance, Ardyth Mae Nance and Drew Nance (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
