Shannon of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, born in Homer City, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 24, 2024 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her mother Matilda Silvis (Cramer); her husband Herman L. "Sonny" Shannon; her son-in-law Ray Crawford; and her brothers, Paul and William Silvis.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Ewing (Ken) of Torrance, PA, Debra Crawford of Blairsville, PA, Sherrie Shannon (Rick Schneider) and Herman Shannon, III (Virginia) of Blairsville, PA; her grandchildren, Amy, Ken, Casey, Brandon, Cody, Clint, Shelly, Michael and Christopher; and her brothers, Lewis Silvis of Strongstown, PA and Gene Silvis of Coral, PA. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
