He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Libengood and Beatrice Libengood (Yeager); and his siblings, Lawrence Libengood, Dorothy Blazek, Esther Wright and Betty Crosby.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Libengood (Bennett) of Blairsville, PA; and his siblings, James Libengood of Strangford, PA, Virginia Beggs of Orlando, FL, Shirley Ashcraft of Orlando, FL and Ruth Christian. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
