It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence B. Hileman of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Lawrence departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lawrence. Though Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Reed and Jesse Margarite Brown Hileman; his son Lawrence Edward Henry; and his sister Mae Manning. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Clark Hileman; his sons, Mark Henry (Jennifer) and Herbert Henry (Carolyn); his siblings, John Hileman (Mary Martha), Dorothy Pietruszas and Jean Basinger; and his nephew David Nicholson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home (25 W Market St, Blairsville, PA 15717). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
