He was predeceased by: his parents, John Plovetsky and Helen Plovetsky Oyaski (Sebock); his stepfather Joseph Oyaski; and his sister Dorothy Petrunak. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Plovetsky (Shirley) of Black Lick, PA; his children, Tammy, Sherry, Tom and Scott; and his sister Emma Sipos of Homer City, PA.
