She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Lewis and Rose M. Lewis (Slabodnick); and her granddaughter Danielle N. Jellison. She is survived by: her husband Carl J. Jellison of Blairsville; her daughters, Christine R. Fortner (David) of Denton, MD, Cynthia L. Halula (Alan) of Greensburg and Kathleen K. Jellison (Bryan Howard) of Hostetter; her grandchildren, David Jellison, Hayley Halula and Derrick Halula; and her brothers, Robert Lewis (Virginia) of Latrobe and Harold Keith Lewis (Carol) of Derry.
