He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Homer L. and Freda Weaver (Cornman); his former wife Doris; and his siblings, Homer Jr., William and Dorothy Elbel.
He is survived by: his wife House of Herbs; his children, Joseph Jr. (Patti), Perry (Doris), Lori Steffen (Mike), Lynn Shetler (Denver), Valorie Armstrong (Steve), Spiceland and Jackie Huston (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Nelda Shields of Gaston, Ind., Marge English and Bill Dunmire. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
