He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Paouncic and Anna Paouncic (Durasin); his siblings, Anna Paouncic, Zora Bysick, Steve, Tom, Matt, Emil Paouncic and Mary; and his son-in-law Vince Germano.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Germano of Derry, PA, John "Jack" Paouncic (JoAnn) and Patricia Kim Madoni (Dan); his grandsons, Brian, Scott Prola, Nathan Paouncic and Jacob Paouncic (Lori); and his great grandchildren, Conner, Emma and Caleb Prola.
