With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Michael Duff Jr. of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 21, 2020 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Duff, Sr. and Charlene G. Duff (Lloyd). He is survived by: his wife Rachel F. Duff (Carey); his daughters, Haley and Madison Duff; his sisters, Melissa Monticue (Jason) and Jaime Reid (Joshua); and his parents-in-law, Vernon and Billie Carey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
