She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boring and Vinnie Boring (Penrose); her husband Boyd Thomas Payne; and her siblings, Emma Burkett, Dora Henderson, Janet Clawson and Samuel Boring.
She is survived by: her children, Boyd Payne, Jr., Eric Mitchell, Patricia Silk, Thomas, Gregory Payne and Wendy; her grandchildren, Micheal Payne, Grace, Casey Payne, Samantha Krall, Lonnell Dewalt and Matthew Krall; her great grandchildren, Amira Dewalt and Eli Payne; and her brothers, Eugene Boring (Romayne), Harry Boring (Isabelle) and New Florence.
