She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Nicely and Gertrude Nicely (Davies); her husband David Paul McChesney; her daughter Alice Young; and her brothers, Marlin Nicely and Dale Nicely.
She is survived by: her children, Roger McChesney (Jean) of Centerville, Leonard McChesney (Esther) of Blairsville, Linda Somes (Gary) of New York and Ellen Gaskill (Keith) of Blairsville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
