He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Cushion and Ruby Lee Cushion (Hodges); his sister Mary Cicero; and his significant other Ramona. He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Cushion) and Dettore; his grandchildren, Julia (Dettore), Cawthra, William, Alaina Dettore and Jason Cushion; his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Eliza Cawthra; and his sister Sylvia Jean.
