He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Barris and Margaret Kobak. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Kobak (Naugle); his children, Eric J. Kobak of Blairsville and Kristy Kobak of Nekoosa, WI; his grandchildren, Andrew Kobak, Katelyn Grotefend and Ian Grotefend; and his sisters, Rose Marie Colish of New Stanton and Magdalene Ochs of Camp Hill.
The family requests, memorial donations be made to the Indiana County Humane Society, 191 Airport Road, Indiana, PA 15701, in memory of Mr. Kobak.
