He is survived by: his children, Francis M. Kubistek III, Antoinette Allshouse, Nancy Kubistek, Bobbi Jo Burik, Brian Kubistek (Mary Ann), Steve Kubistek, Wendy Kerley, David Folk (Magda) and Donald Folk (Suzanne); and his siblings, Vincent Kubistek (Mary), Agnes McCracken and Margie Zidak. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
