He was predeceased by: his parent Betty McCoy; his former wife Karen McCoy (Reed); his sisters, Janice Woodridge and Joyce Rodgers; and his grandparents, Robert and Flossie McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia McCoy (Williams) of Delmont, PA; his daughters, Donna Bruce (Wonzooly) of Richmond, VA and Alysia Wimberly (Tremaine) of Maplewood; his stepdaughters, Marilyn McFarlin of Blairsville, PA and Schebeeka Croft (John) of Blairsville, PA; his siblings, Barry Rodgers (Shirley) of Cleveland, OH, Judith Croom (James) of Cleveland, OH and Robert Rodgers of Cleveland, OH; and his aunts, Ardella Knight, Hilda Day, Beverly Dunning and Louise Lewis (Bobby). He is also survived by 26 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren.
