She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Lee Leverone (Bill); her grandchildren, Lauren O'Neill (Brian) and James Leverone (Abbie); her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Julia and Liam O'Neill; and her niece Tammy Keller of Blairsville, PA. She is also survived by several other Nieces & Nephews.
