She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Elofsky and Elsie Mae Elofsky (Anderson); and her sisters, Pauline Levendosky and Emilie Eileen Lawson. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Miller (Jill) and Brian Miller (Heather); her siblings, Pam Folk (Bob), John Davis of Blairsville, PA and Paul Elofsky (Karen); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Samantha, Katelynn and Zachary. She is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
