He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Eleanor Fetter (Queer); his wife Mary Ann Bell Thomas (Mikeska); and his sister Evelyn Urzik. He is survived by: his children, Debra Bowser (Gary), Brenda Beisner of Leonardtown, MD, Dan Bell (Sharon), Robert Bell of Lucerne Mines, PA and Patricia Kattera (Ken); his grandchildren, KayLee Morrill (Brandon), Stacey Leger (Chad), Robert Bell, Jr. (Kristin), Tim Bell of Lucerne, PA and Dan Bell, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kyleigh, Mason, Alaina, Cody, Jocelyn and Chase; his former wife Juanita Thomas; and his sisters, Bonnie Goldberg of Latrobe, PA and Marilyn Blew of Latrobe, PA.. He is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
