He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jefferson Forsha and Vada Forsha (Smith); his wife Cynthia Forsha (Day); and his siblings, Peggy Jane Bernini, Doris Henigin, Harry and Frank Forsha.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Forsha, Jr. (Amy) of Blairsville, PA, Chad Jefferson Forsha of Pittsburgh, PA and Clinton James Forsha (Michelle) of Rescue, CA; his grandsons, Brodie Forsha and Wyatt Forsha; and his siblings, Karian Forsha, Sandra Martin (Brian), Robert McConnell (Patsy) and Roberta Toth (Barry).
