We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 92, Celeste Nowinsky (Blairsville, Pennsylvania), born in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Wick and Helen Patrick Wick; her husband Edward "Eddie" Nowinsky; and her siblings, Frank Wick, Zona Wible Cohen (Sue) and Velma Wick Canzano.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen "Kathy" Nowinsky and Karen Nowinsky of Dunnellon, Fla.; her siblings, Joanne Robertson Boske, James Wick (Judy) of Casselberry, Fla., John Wick (Barbara), Crossville and Tenn; and her nephew K. Elliott Cramer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 a memorial service for immediate family will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at 11 a. m. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville.
