She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fridley and Mae Fridley (Snyder); her husband Lou Zaveson; and her siblings, LaRue Fridley, Marjorie Cottrell, Nadine Barrett, Walter Friedley and Wayne Friedly.

She is survived by: her children, Louis Paul Zaveson of Blairsville, PA, Robin Yurky (Tom) of Irvona, PA and Karen Burnheimer (Tim) of Homer City, PA; her grandchildren, Jacob Burnheimer (Becky) of Glenshaw, PA and Julie (Paul); her great grandchildren, Rowan Burnheimer of Bridgeport, WV and Valentino Burnheimer of Glenshaw, PA; her brother C. Richard "Dick" Friedley of McPherson, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Friedley of Marion, OH and Sam Zaveson of Lompoc, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
