She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Roy Boarts and Roxanna M. Boarts (Starry); and her sister Esther Miriam. She is survived by: her husband Rev. David K. Trask of Blairsville; her children, Scott Trask (Gigi) of Greensburg, Kirby Trask (Sheryl) of Rochester, NY, Bruce Trask (Deneen) of Warner Robins, GA, Amy Libengood (Larry) of Blairsville, Roy Trask (Jess) of Elizabethtown and Wayne Trask (Beth) of Sarver; her grandchildren, Benjamin (Katarina Trask), Kirby (Tucker Trask), Samantha Cox (Kevin), Jillian (Katelyn Trask), Rachelle Cosentino (Tony), Casey German (Kaitlyn), Zachary German, Elijah (Josiah Trask), Allyssa and Alexis (Marcus Trask); her great grandchildren, James, Michael Cox, Kaius Cosentino, Kira Waltman and Eloise German; and her brother Preston J. Boarts (Evelyn) of Josephine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the health concerns of COVID-19 the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
