He is survived by: his son Ben Witmer (Janeen); his grandchildren, Devon Witmer, Isaac Witmer, Quinton Witmer, Benjamin Witmer, Kyle Doerr, Santana Myers, Dillan Palmer, Damion Krouse and Kaden Kuzemczak; his great grandchild Avana Palmer; and his siblings, Robert Witmer (Edna), Donna Shirley (Bill), Kathy Witmer of Homer City, PA and Vicky Smerker of Venus, PA..
