He is survived by: his parents, Charles Franco Jr. and Louise Franco (Baker); his grandfather Dennis Baker, Sr.; his siblings, Carmella Franco (Robert Lloyd), Charles Billy Franco III (Courtney Lawrence), Michelle Franco of Ruffsdale, PA and Dillon Morrow of Derry, PA; his aunts and uncles, Daniel Franco (Becky), Nick Franco (Christina), Rebecca Lewis (Kenny), Denise Baker of Jeannette, PA and Dennis Baker, Jr. (Valerie); and his niece Daphne Lloyd.
