She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Lee Hand; her husband Clarence "Alex" Garvin; and her sisters, Louise Robson, Sara Cullen and Lucy Aliquo.
She is survived by: her parent Bertha; her daughters, Barbara A. Madaj (Edmund) and Susan Lee Rubal (Anthony) of Round Hill, VA; her grandchildren, Barbara Ann Key (David) and Stephanie Rubal of Winchester, VA; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann, Lauren, Tyler Key and Holly; and also Holly. She is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 38 W. Campbell St., Blairsville, PA 15717.
