He was predeceased by: his parent Ray William Kiner; and his brother Ronald E. Kiner. He is survived by: his parent Lula Virginia Kiner (Stahl); his spouse Betty Kathryn Kiner (Swartz); his children, Robert "Rob" F. (Cathleen Kiner) of Shermans Dale, PA and Richard "Rick" A. Kiner (Lloyd Harbold) of New Cumberland, PA; his siblings, Nancy L. Panilaitis of Blain and Roy W. Kiner of Blain, PA.; and his grandsons, Nakota Kiner, Gaige Kiner, Joseph, Christopher and Tyler Bland.
