She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah R. Lyons and Pearl M. Lyons (Gutshall); her siblings, Glenn Lyons, Ruth Shreffler, Helen McMillen and Elmina "Miny" Crozier; and her husband Richard D. Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, William, Ronald Lyons and Gail Goodling; her sons, Richard G. Smith and Cris N. Smith; her grandchildren, Scott D. Smith, Katie J. Heilman (Smith) and Angela M. Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Megan and Ben Smith.
