It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert Mulkey of Blain, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulkey and Nellie Mulkey (Mintz); and his siblings, Frank Mulkey, John Mulkey, Barbara Mulkey, Roy Mulkey and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Kristeen Mulkey (Raffield); his daughters, Melissa "Michele" Mulkey of Blain and Amanda Mulkey of Blain; his granddaughter Michele Mary-Kristeen Mulkey of Blain; and his sisters, Lindia Brady (Terry) of Virmillia, SD and Freddie Waid (William) of Altaville, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
